If you are wondering, no the lisitng photo for this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on an 18 x 129 foot lot at 228 Palmerston Avenue in Little Italy was not taken with the owner of the attached house looking at the camera.

The photo above is the streetview becuase this was the only photo of the front in the listing...

Though it isn't my favourite with the mix of black and white trim, this is a good looking house.  I don't get why they didn't use the whole house.

Either way, this is a good house that was designed by Studio Pyramid.

As it is decorated, there will be some people who aren't into it.

Of course, there is that Audrey Hepburn print...

And don't get me started on the floor in the kitchen being completely different and running on an angle.

But, otherwise, this is a great house.

It's bright which could be all the white, but it could also be the massive window at the back in the family room.

The house is currently set up as a 2 bedroom house with an office and a dressing room, and the third floor master doesn't have a bathroom, but it is large enough to create one with closets and make the downstairs room into more bedrooms.

And though the backyard isn't huge, it does have a 2 car garage.

The asking price is $1,399,000.

That's the same price as the price drop for the house down the street at 236 Palmerston Avenue...

That was initially listed at $1,500,000 and is no longer on the market.  It didn't sell and I missed, did it!?!

If that house DID sell near that last ask, there is no way this house isn't going waaaaay over.

Even if that house didn't sell, this is still selling over ask.

I'm thinking somewhere around $1,550,000...maybe a little more.
