In September 2013, a reader emailed me about this house.  It's a 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 125 foot lot at 31 Errington Avenue in Moore Park.

The reader pointed out that this house had been listed at the end of April 2013 for $3,595,000...

And had sold for $3,500,000 in May 2013.

It had new mechanics, an addition, it was wired for 7 zones of music, the bathrooms had heated bathroom floors, there was a butler's pantry, a wine cellar...

And there were leather floors in the basement.

Well...a little less than 2 years later...

This house was listed again in February for $3,850,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in May to $3,750,000.

It still didn't sell and the price has been dropped again...

To $3,490,000.
