This is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 20.17 x 100 foot lot at 88 Ellerbeck Street in Playter Estates.

I first posted it in May 2013 when it was listed at $1,195,000 and I thought it would sell over ask.

Then a reader pointed out that this house backed onto the commercial properties on Broadview, and there was no parking.

So, the house never sold and the price was dropped to $1,095,000.

I am not sure what it ended up selling for, but it is back on the market...

For $1,150,000.
