AND IT WENT FOR - 200 De Grassi Street - SOUTH RIVERDALE

Yesterday, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 14 x 100 foot lot at 200 De Grassi Street in South Riverdale.

It was a great house that reminded me of the row house at 47 Olive Avenue in Seaton Village...

That I stated was on a 16.58 x 121 foot lot when in fact it was on a 13.33 x 98 foot lot (thanks to the reader that pointed that out!).

So, basically the excat same lot as this house.  But that house had a third floor master bedroom.  Otherwise, they were very similar both inside and out.

That house was listed at $899,000.  It sold for $1,101,000.

This house that did not have a third floor but did have a finished basement and a possible family room in the kitchen was listed at $799,000.

And it was clearly going over asking.

Especially with all the staging stuff like the Kitchen Aid mixer...

The Le Creuset...

The apples and lemons in bowls....

And the candy...

 But there was no Pellegrino.

So, though I thought it could sell for more if it had the odd staging power of a few of these on the counter...

I didn't see any and thought this house would sell for $865,000.

It sold yesterday after 1 day on the market for...

$900,000.

So, who looked in the fridge?

Was there Pellegrino?
