A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 30 x 95 foot lot at 43 Ellerbeck Street in Playter Estates.
It was an interesting house that I thought may have been inspired by this photo...

The house was listed at $1,290,000.
I thought that even though prices have been getting a little nuts in Playter Estates, that this would sell around $1,050,000.
It sold last week...
For $1,168,000.
