AND IT WENT FOR - 88 Ellerbeck Street - PLAYTER ESTATES

Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 20.17 x 100 foot lot at 88 Ellerbeck Street in Playter Estates.

It's a house that I posted in May 2012 when the asking price was $1,195,000.

I thought it would sell over ask until a reader pointed out that it backed on the commercial properties on Broadview.

But it was a good house, just not super huge.

Though I don't know what it sold for, the price was dropped in June 2013 to $1,095,000.

It was back on the market last week with different furniture than the 2013 listing.  The asking price was $1,150,000.

It sold...

For $1,365,000.

Almost $300,000 more than the June 2013 price drop.
