When I first posted this 4 bedroom, 4+2 bathroom, 6,315 square foot farmhouse on 50 acres of land at 5650 Tenth Line in Erin, Ontario...

I said that if I were in the market for such a property (which, if you are wondering, I am not), this would be it.

But though I thought it was a beautiful property that had been featured in Canadian House and Home magazine...

I thought the asking price was a little high.

It had previously been listed at $4,350,000 in August 2013.

By November 2014, and when I posted it, the price was down to $3,895,000.

It has had another price drop...

To $3,695,000.

This might still be a little high.  But it really is a great house.
