My first thought was...

But then I saw the interior photos.

And it's kind of awesome.  

That living room overlooking the water is pretty great...

And it is a good sized house with 3 bedrooms and a finished basement.

And an amazing backyard...

If you liked the idea of the house at 217 Lake Shore Drive that I posted a few summers ago...
