In 2013, they began a full renovation that included changing the front of the house to this...

And it's kind of a love it or hate it house.  I am leaning to the latter.

But inside, it's kind of amazing...

Especially these floor plans...

Those are crazy floor plans.

I love the masculine feel of the house and I especially love the Élitis wallpaper in the master bedroom that I have mentioned before.

The bathroom is not bad either, but if the large bay window is the shower...

Then can you see a full body silhouette of someone showering in the window at night...

That's kind of awkward.  Maybe there are waterproof curtains for the night time.

This house is listed at $18,800,000.

That's $800,000 LESS than the price drop for Peter Munk's house at 24/26 Old Forest Hill Road...

That has floor plans to rival this house.

But that house is a double lot and has been sitting on the market for ages.

So, will this house do better with a more recent renovation?  Not so sure.  It is beautiful, but that is still a REALLY big price tag.

I'm thinking somewhere closer $12...maybe.

Wonder what they bought it for 10 years ago...
