AND IT WENT FOR - 16 Givins Street - TRINITY- BELLWOODS

At the end of June, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 14 x 65.25 foot lot at 16 Givins Street.

It was a flip of the house with the wine glass in the brick at the front...

That was first listed at in August 2013 for $729,500 until it was dropped a year later to $699,900 then to $649,900 by October 2014.

I'm not sure what it sold for, but it was back on the market for $799,000.

I thought it would sell closer to $835,000...maybe $845,000.

A week later, they increased the price to $849,000.

It just sold...

For $815,000.

Wonder if they fixed that pealing stuff at 18 Givins Street...
