This is a 6+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 32.75 x 115.5 foot lot at 19 Maple Avenue in South Rosedale and it has been listed for a while.

When I posted it at the beginning of June, the asking price was $2,595,000. 

Then a reader pointed out that this house had been listed since at least November 2014 when the asking price was $2,995,000.

It was then dropped in mid-May to $2,795,000 and then to $2,595,000 two weeks later.

Because of the weird kitchen layout, and the fact that it looks like half of the backyard now belonged to the neighbour...

I thought this place would sell for $2,475,000.

It sat on the market for another month but has finally sold...

For $2,350,000.
