Last week, I posted this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 21 x 100 foot lot at 214 Brock Avenue in Little Portugal.

It was located a few streets away from the flip at 41 Sheridan Avenue...

That had just sold in 1 day for $1,100,000.

This house was listed at $769,000.

Considering that this was a larger house, with a similar renovation as the one at Sheridan...

If that house sold for $1.1 then I figured this could probably sell for $1,300,000 once done.

So, this house would sell over ask and probably closer to $865,000.

It sold...

For $841,000.
