On Friday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.5 x 126.67 foot lot with 2 parking spots at 424 Brockton Avenue in Brockton Village.
From the outside, it wasn't the best looking house, but the inside was really good.
The floors all looked to be original with some interesting paint work...
But the kitchen was new and so was the bathroom.
It was listed at $679,000.
I thought it would sell overask and probably closer to $745,000...maybe more.
It sold the day I posted it and after 2 days on the market...
For $827,500.
