This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3,600 square foot converted warehouse on a 14 x 105 foot lot at 9A Casimir Street in Kensington Market has been listed for a while.
I first posted it in December, but considering there was no snow in the listing photo, it had clearly been listed before the winter.
According to the reader who sent it in, it had been listed since at least the summer when the asking price was $1,600,000. By December, the asking price was $1,550,000.
It was a unique property that could be amazing. But for me, it was a little too close to Dundas and the Toronto Western Hospital incinerator...
If that didn't bother you though, this was a great place.
I thought it would sell closer to $1,485,000.
It looks like the price was dropped to $1,500,000 in May.
It finally sold on Wednesday...
For $1,431,000.
