PRICE DROP - 371 Parkside Drive - RONCESVALLES/HIGH PARK
On Monday, I posted this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 40 x 122 foot lot at 371 Parkside Drive in Roncesvalles/High Park.
It was a flip that looked like this...
When it was listed in December for $859,000.
It has now been relisted with a complete gut and renovation. And though I don't love it at all, I didn't think the asking price of $1,899,000 was too far off, but that it wouldn't sell at ask.
Turns out, this house was listed a month ago for $1,799,000 before the price was increased to $1,899,000 a week later.
The price has now been dropped...
Back to $1,799,000.
