It isn't a huge house for the street but it could be great.

But this house is on a much better street with a lot less traffic.

 As this was an exclusive listing, I am not certain of the list price but I think it was listed somewhere around $2.100,000. 

Since it wasn't on the market for long, I assume it sold near ask.

My guess is that this will be a gutter and not a tear down because this could be a great house with an amazing top to bottom reno and large addition at the back.

And it would probably cost a fair amount less than the $1,600,000 difference in price from the house at 99 Whitehall Avenue.

So, this was a good buy.

But know what was a REALLY good buy on this street?

The house at 161 Douglas Drive...

That was first listed at $2,459,000...

But ended up selling for $2,025,000.

THAT was a good buy.
