It's a good house.
The listing says that it has been updated thoroughout, but that kitchen doesn't look updated to me. Neither does the main bathroom.
Both are more than okay, and that kitchen actually looks good with the house and suits the weave on the wall in the dining room, but that is an 80s kitchen.
The layout of the bathroom is a bit weird with the vanity right at the door, but it is a big space and could be amazing if you wanted to update it.
The floors on the second and third floor aren't new. And that sink in the bedroom on the third floor is kind of weird. But it could mean that it would be easier to create a bathroom up there like the house at 324 Glen Road...
I am just not sure there is room in this house.
The basement isn't huge, but if you have a lot of electronics, you won't need a power bar for extra plugs...
This house was listed at $1,149,000.

Must have been the Pellegrino...
Or maybe it was the proximity to the 2 subway lines. That may have helped as well.
