This is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 130 foot lot at 304 Indian Road in Roncesvalles (or High Park).

It's a large house with a great backyard and a 2 car garage.

But the reno that looks like it was done in the 90s is kind of weird (though the kitchen is new-ish).  There are a lot of nooks and crannies throughout the house.

And I don't get the purpose of those stairs in the back.   Or the layout of the second floor.  And the third floor and basement are a little odd as well.

There is a lot of potential though if you wanted to spend the money to get rid of the stairs, move the master to the back of the house and create 2 bathrooms on that floor instead of the one.

It's just that it would be pretty expensive, especially if you wanted to move the third floor bathroom and open up the basement.

Which is why this house was on the market for almost 2 weeks.

And why it didn't sell at ask.

This house was listed at $2,300,000.

It sold...

For $2,150,000.

Wonder if the are going to keep those stairs.
