If you miss the 70s, this house is a good flashback for you.

It's a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 102.5 x 215 foot lot overlooking the Don River.

And I am not sure which aspect of it is my favourite part.  

Is it the house itself that looks more like a cottage...

Or the angled roof...

The rug in the living room...

The staircase railings...

This bedspread...

This ceiling mural (or whatever it's called)...

Or this...

Or maybe it's this....

This house was listed at $1,499,000.

It took 2 months to sell.

And even though I love the 70s feel of this house, considering that it's a little rundown and the neighbouring houses look like this...

Not to mention that this house sold for...

$1,388,800...

I'm thinking it's getting torn down.
