Overall, it's a really good house. The basement is done, the bathrooms are great, the kitchen is great, it is bright, if you like pools, the backyard is great...
And this is what it looked like 3 years ago...
So...it is all new.
It's located down the street from a house on the same sized lot at 271 Chaplin Crescent (which I said was in Forest Hill for some reason!)...
That was listed last summer for $1,199,000. To get to the same level as this house, it would need a lot of work. It sold for $1,200,000.
This house is listed at $1,850,000.
Is this house worth $650,000 more than the house at 271 Chaplin Crescent? If it was a 4 bedroom house, definitely.
As an only 3 bedroom house? It might be a bit high.
But it is a pretty great reno.
