AND IT WENT FOR - 31 Errington Avenue - MOORE PARK

At the beginning of June, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 125 foot lot at 31 Errington Avenue in Moore Park.

It was a house that a reader sent in September 2013 a few month after the house had been listed in April 2013 for $3,595,000.  It had sold in May for $3,500,000...

It was a good house with some interesting design choices like leather floors in the basement (not a type!).

It was back on the market this past February for $3,895,000.  

The price was dropped in May to $3,750,000.

By the time I posted it in June, the price was down to $3,490,000....

Or $10,000 LESS than what it sold for 2 years earlier.

It has finally sold...

For $3,400,000.
