A month ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 19.75 x 129 foot lot at 343 1/2 Markham Street in Palmerston.

But though the listing said it was a 4+1 bedroom, it was really a 3+1 bedroom...

Not 4 bedrooms.

And I couldn't figure out what was going on with the garage...

And that tv on the glass wall that I forgot to mention...

But I liked the kitchen...

For the most part, it was a good flip.

It's just that I didn't think it would sell for the $1,799,000 asking price, especially considering that it was really only 3 bedrooms.

Surprisingly, after a month on the market, it didn't sell that far off.

This house just sold...

For $1,700,000.
