This is Michael Wekerle's house.

If you don't know who he is, he is one of 'the Dragons' on the CBC show, Dragon's Den...

He made a ton of money in finance (you can read more about that here).

And he is the guy that bought the El Macombo...

This is a 6 bedroom, 9 bathroom house on a 70 x 351 foot lot with 4 garage parking spots and 5 other parking spots.

It's a large house, but it feels empty as though no one is living there...

Which may be the case since this house has been listed since at least 2012.

This past February, it was listed at $10,865,000...

The same price it was listed at until just last week (if memory serves me right).

As of 2 days ago, the price has been dropped...

To $9,880,000.

Aaaaannnnnd the next drop will be $8,888,888.88.
