In April, I posted this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 24.67 x 100 foot lot at 69 Dixon Avenue in the Beaches.

It was a good sized house that wouldn't be for everyone, but I thought it would appeal to someone.

I liked the concrete floors and the graffiti wall in the sunroom...

But I didn't like the grey paint or the wood walls...

The house was very dark.

It was listed at $1,350,000.  I thought that perhaps it wasn't a $1.35 house once all the stuff was gone, but that it would still sell fast and closer to $1,450,000.

It obviously never sold because it is now back on the market.

They left the graffiti wall, but have replaced the grey walls with white paint...

And it looks soooo much better.

The new asking price is $1,299,000.

Wonder if they have kept the guitars...

 Since the copper KitchenAid mixer is still there...
