It is the whole top floor of this building.
And though the floor plan is pretty impressive...
I can not get into the style of this condo at all. It's a strange style for this location, in this building, in a penthouse in Yorkville.
It isn't quite like the condo 2 storeys down in the same building at apartment 703 that I posted in December...
But it isn't what I expected in the penthouse of this building.
Which is probably why it didn't sell for it's first asking price of $18,900,000 in February when it was the Toronto Life Condo of the Week.
At some point since then, the price was dropped A LOT to $8,900,000.
It just sold...
For $10,400,000.
I think it's getting completely redone.
And hopefully there is a lot less of this happening in the hotel below...
But I guess it is worth being on the top floor in this case,
