On Wednesday, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 20 x 127 foot lot with a garage at 18 Sword Street in Cabbagetown.
It was a good house with a large kitchen, except I just noticed this...
What is going on there?
There was good sized family room at the back and a small mudroom at the side. The bedrooms weren't huge, but the basement was done and there was a nice city yard.
It was listed at $1,259,000.
I thought it could sell for $1,330,000.
It sold in 3 days...
For $1,249,000.
