Last week, I posted this 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a corner lot at 47 Madison Avenue in the Annex.

It was a beautiful, old house that could be amazing with some updating, but I had no idea what was going to happen to it.

As a heritage house, it could't be torn down. 

And considering that it was so close to Greek Row and the Madison...

I didn't think it would be renovated to a single family home.

So, I had no idea who would buy it and what it would become of it...

Unless a developer like Rue de Lux bought it and turned it into executive rentals.

But if it wasn't Rue de Lux that bought it, someone figured out something for this property because it sold the day after I posted it...
