In April, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house on a 17.5 x 148.7 foot lot at 114 Hazelton Avenue in Yorkville.  

It had already been on the market for 4 months.

But according to this streetview photo...

It had probably been listed for longer than that.  And it was probably on the market for 8 months because of the price.

This house was listed at $5,650,000.

Sure, it's Yorkville, but this really house actually feels like a 1+1 bedroom, not a 3+1, so it wasn't a surprise to see that this house had a price drop.

Three weeks after I posted it, this house had a drop to $5,200,000.

I still thought it was too high.

Two days ago, the neighbour at 116 Hazelton Avenue came on the market.  It is a not as nice 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house.  It is listed at $3,790,000.

This house dropped its price yesterday...

To $4,950,000.

It's a better house than the neighbour, but both are still over priced.

This will have another drop.
