PRICE DROP #2 - 28 Valleyanna Drive - VALLEYANNA

This is a 5 bedroom, 9 bathroom house on a 308.54 x 827.15 foot lot at 28 Valleyanna Drive.

It's an amazing house that looks like it hasn't changed in 50 years, and it doesn't look like it needs to.

It's kind of like the house in my last post at 1 Wentworth Avenue in Lansing...

But an insane version.  And without that awful 80s fireplace wall at Wentworh.

This house is just kind of crazy.

But when I first posted it about a year ago, it was listed at $16,800,000.  I thought that was a bit high.

And it was.  This house had a price drop in March to $15,500,000.

In July , the price was dropped again...

To $12,880,000.

If it doesn't sell in the next month, I think we will be seeing another drop in mid-October.
