PRICE DROP - 57 Highland Avenue - ROSEDALE
It has been listed for at least a year, but I first posted it in August.
It's a great house, on a great lot, and it is fully done top to bottom.
But $8,395,000!?!
That was way too high. Sure, there was a lot of work done to the house. But a reader pointed out that it sold for around $3 million in 2010 when it looked like this...
Did they really put $6 million into the house!?!
When I posted it, I predicted a price drop (or 3).
Well, as of yesterday, there has been 1 price drop.
The new asking price for this house is...
$7,898,000.
Wonder if they will wait another year for the price drop #2.
