PRICE DROP - 59 Heath Street West - DEER PARK

In May, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 36 x 167 foot lot at 59 Heath Street West in Deer Park.

If it was your style, it was a great house but a lot of readers were not fans.

It used to look like this...

One reader said the addition with that garage looked like it belonged in a subdivision in Mississauga.

And I agreed with the reader who said to lose the office at the back.  That was weird design layout.

But, overall, it was a good house.

The asking price was $4,249,000.

I thought it was high and that it would probably sell closer to $3.8...maybe less.  There is that issue of the huge apartment building in the backyard.

It didn't sell and the price has been dropped.

The new asking price for this house is...

$3,995,000.

Still too high.
