This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 19.5 x 125 foot lot at 115 Garden Aveneu in Roncesvalles.

It's a good house.  Personally, I don't see this glass door as a good thing and I'm not into those posts...

But I could see someone appreciating it.

The fireplaces are great...

The house is large.

And I love the garage...

But there is something about this house that is dated.

I am not sure if it is the kitchen...

(which is fine and was done in 2004, just not loving that white exhaust fan)

Or if it is the glass brick...

But this reno feels like it was done a long time ago.

And for a house this size, there are only 2 bathrooms.

And these stairs!!!

How has someone not broken their neck on those things (I know I would!)!?!

But either someone doesn't care about that or they are renovating and realized this was the house to redo...

Because this house sold in 1 day!

The asking price was $1,049,000.

It sold with a bully offer...

For $1,400,000.

Which considering this probably would have sold for $1,350,000 if it had an offer night...

Was a pretty good move to get this house.
