I don't love the look of the outside, and the glass railings on the decks weren't installed when the photos were taken, but it is a good house.
I like the floors and the kitchen, but would have preferred it if the dining room and the living room were switched. I suppose that could still be done if you were okay with having a sink in your living room.
The bedrooms are a good size with their own bathrooms and the basement is done. But the backyard isn't enclosed. Maybe that happened when they put in the railings (assuming that happened).
It was listed at $1,399,000.
It took just over 2 months, but this house finally sold...
For $1,350,000.
