AND IT WENT FOR -115 Dunvegan Road - FOREST HILL
Just over a year ago, I posted this 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 100 x 170 foot lot at 115 Dunvegan Road in Forest Hill.
It was a large house on large lot that was designed by KPMB*, the same people behind the ravine house at 103 Glen Road in Rosedale...
That is located across the street from the 'compound' at 98,100, and 102 Glen Road.
But considering there was a faucet in one of the bathrooms that looked like this...
And the shutters were falling apart...
And one of the 4 or 5 different hard woods throughout the house was looking a little scuffed...
I thought the initial $12,000,000 asking price was a little crazy.
Even the price of $10,995,000 when I posted it was a little nuts...
So, it wasn't surprising when it had another price drop in March to $10,495,000 which I thought was too high.
It had another drop in June to $9,600,000 which again I thought was too high.
It has finally sold...
For $8,250,000.
