AND IT WENT FOR - 167 Macpherson Avenue - SUMMERHILL

In June, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi duplex on an 18 x 120 foot lot at 167 Macpherson Avenue in Summerhill.

It was listed at $1,649,000.

Even though this was in Summerhill...$1.65 million for a fine but not up-to-date duplex that would need a full gut to become a single family house!?!

There was no way.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in September to $1,629,000.

Still...$20,000!?!

I did not think that was going to help.

Well, it just sold...

For...

$1,585,000.

$1.6 million.

I guess that is still less than what 30 Gibson Avenue sold for before it was relisted at $1,795,000!!!
