PRICE DROP #4 - 17 Douglas Crescent - GOVERNOR'S BRIDGE

This is a 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 44.7 x 130 foot lot at 17 Douglas Crescent in Governor's Bridge.

It is a home overlooking a ravine that was designed by Francesco Scollozi, the same architect you designed the Nanjing Science Centre...

And besides the fact that this looks like office building which probably wouldn't be for everyone...

It was also built in 1988 and it feels like the 80s.

Which is why when it was first listed, I thought they might find the perfect buyer, just not for the asking price of $3,395,000.

They didn't find that perfect buyer..

There was a price drop in April to $3,195,000...

And again in June to $2,995,000.

By August, it still hadn't sold and the price was dropped for a third time to $2,750,000.

It has dropped again...

To $2,450,000.

As the 'commentor' said in the comments section of the most recent post...

'Almost at lot value now!'

Close, but for lot value...

I still think it might need another drop.
