Okay, it's not an office building. It's a 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a ravine lot at 17 Douglas Crescent in Governor's Bridge and it is a house built in the 80s by Francesco Scollozi...
An architect who's recent work includes the 2008 Bejing Olympics...
Among many others.
But it looks like people weren't loving this building called 'Schoolhouse'.
It was listed in April for $3,395,000. It didn't sell and the price was dropped at the end of April to $3,195,000.
And again in June to $2,995,000.
And in August to $2,750,000.
And again 2 weeks ago to $2,450,000.
I thought that since this didn't find 'the' buyer, if this was being sold for lot value, it would need to go down again.
It didn't drop again, but it did sell under asking...
For $2,250,000.
I hope if they build a new house like the one down the street at 63 Douglas Crescent that sold for $2,850,000 a year ago...
That they at least build a garage that will fit a car bigger than this one...
