In August, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom row house on a 15.27 foot lot at 209 Marlborough Place in Summerhill.

And yes, that is a 'No Trespassing' sign on the front door.

When I posted it, there were no interior photos, but with that sign, it was most likely a mess.

And now that there are photos...

Yeah.  It's going to need a lot of work.
