AND IT WENT FOR - 72 Lawton Boulevard - DEER PARK
In August, I posted this 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom semi on a 40.42 x 131 foot lot at 72 Lawton Boulevard in Deer Park.
It was the rebuild of the old houses that used to look like this...
The initial proposal for the properties at 70 and 72 Lawton Boulevard was a 4 unit building...
I guess they changed their mind because in June, 70 Lawton Boulevard was listed at $3,795,000...
I thought there was no way they would get close to asking and that it would probably sell closer to $3.4...maybe $3.2.
I am not sure what it sold for but it must have been close to ask because in August, this place was put on the market at $3,695,000.
Again, I thought it was overpriced.
It just sold...
For $3,612,500.
