Last week, I posted a condo/semi at 25B Northcote Avenue in Beaconsfield Village...

It was a condo development on a single family dwelling property that we had seen before at 170 Markham Street and 170A Markham Street...

At 25 and 25B Givins Street...

And then there was this place at 110B Palmerston Avenue...

I first posted it in July.  

Unlike the other condos, this was an actual 3 bedroom condo with each room having a window that opened to the outside.  But like the others, the living space was small.  

It was the split condo thing over 4 floors that, based on the comments from the Northcote condo post, isn't really something most readers are into.

And it looks like some buyers might not be into it either. 

At least for the initial asking price of this condo.

When this condo was listed in July, the asking price was $1,249,000.

It has now had a price drop...

To $979,000.

It needs larger living space.
