PRICE INCREASE - #B 110 Palmerston Avenue - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
Earlier today, I posted the sale of the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at 25B Northcote Avenue in Beaconsfield Village...
It was another 'densification' build done by the Green Couch Flippers...
And like the other condos, not everyone loved it.
Not that everyone didn't love the style of the houses. It was more the idea of it and that 2 people will be sharing the condo fees and decisions.
Especially with the $1,299,000 asking price.
As one person said, was that the price for both condos?
No, it was just for the one condo which was why it was a bit of a surprise that it sold for $1,230,000.
Now it seems that in view (not lieu, woops!) of that sale...
They have decided to change last week's price drop of this condo at 110 Palmerston Avenue from $1,249,000 down to $979,000...
And raise the price...
To $999,000.
