It's a good looking house with a parking pad in the front.
Inside, it's bright with a newish large, new kitchen and a powder room (I think because there is no photo).
Upstairs, there are only 2 bedrooms on the second floor and there is no picture of that bathroom either so that might be an issue. The third bedroom is located on the third floor and the ceiling angles make it look like headroom might be an issue.
And the backyard...
It looks like a mini putt course...
So, I'm guessing there is a lot of staging that happened here.
But if you are up for some work in the backyard and perhaps the bathrooms (and maybe the basement if you need that space), this is a good house on a great street.

It's does have parking, but if those bathrooms need to be done, on top of the backyard...
