Have you seen Below Deck?

It is a reality tv show that takes place on a private charter yacht.  It follows the crew as they go about running the charter for super wealthy guests, and there is always a lot of gross messiness on both sides.

It's terrible and I watch it every Sunday.

Here is the yacht named Eros' (now called 'Mustang Sally') that is being used in the current season...

So, basically...

This is a century old house that was designed by renowned Arts and Crafts architect, Eden Smith, the same architect that designed the house at 47 Madison Avenue...

Except this one has been renovated, most likely in the 80s, to look like a yacht called Mustang Sally.

And I don't think it is going to appeal to a lot of people.

Actually, I don't think this is getting torn down (or if it can be since it is an Eden Smith house)...

And someone could possibly love this place as is....

But my guess is that the person who buys it will want to do a lot of work.

It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 113 foot lot.  Here is what it looks like from the street...

The asking price is $1,950,000.

For only 3 bedrooms, that is a lot of money.

But is it worth it for this street?  With a full reno and maybe an addition to add more bedrooms, it might be.

It just might be a little bit too high.
