Yesterday, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 20 x 130 foot lot at 9 Withrow Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a good move in ready house as it was but it could be amazing with some work.

The asking price was $1,189,000.

I thought that it would probably sell for $1,235,000.

Turns out, despite not having any parking...

It had apparently already sold when I posted it...

For $1,275,000.
