In July, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 1 parking spot at #B 110 Palmerston Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods.

It was another densification project from the same people who did the condos at 25 Givins Street...

And the condos at 170 Markham Street and 170A Markham Street...

Like those condos, I really liked the finishes of this place.  It's just that the living space was small for a 3 bedroom condo.

The asking price was $1,249,000.

It didn't sell.

Then in November, another condo was on the market at 25B Northcote Avenue...

It was listed at $1,299,000. 

A week later, and after many interesting comments by readers, this place at 110 Palmerston had a price drop to $979,000.

A week after that, the Northcote condo sold for $1,230,000.

And the same day, this place raised its price to $999,000.

It sold 6 days later...

For $985,000.

Maybe next time, they should make the living space a little bit larger.
