PRICE DROP - 145 Markham Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
Three weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom rowhouse on a 16 x 128.20 foot lot at 145 Markham Street in Trinity-Bellwoods.
It was kind of an eclectic house so I couldn't figure out if it belonged to this woman...
Or this couple...
But I figured it was a younger couple.
And according to the listing, this house is owned by a fashion designer and master carpenter.
It was listed at $949,000.
Because the basement wasn't finished and there were only 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms, I thought that price was probably a little high.
But I thought it would sell just under list.
It didn't sell and the price has been dropped...
To $934,900.
Not sure that's enough.
