That didn't last long!
It has been 2 years since this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on an 80 x 49.3 foot lot last sold and almost 4 years since it was first put on the market after being flipped.
It was a house that used to look like this...
When it was listed in 2010 for $1,100,000. It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $995,000.
So.....they got this house for around $1 million. They flipped it....
Reallllly slowly....
And listed it in October 2012 for $3,280,000.
$3.3 million!?!?!
I thought this was more $1,750,000 house...maybe $1,800,0000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in February 2013 to $2,990,000.
Then to $2,780,000 in May 2013...
And then to $2,685,000 at the end of May...
Then to $2,395,000 in September 2013...
And in November to $2,295,000...
And then in January 2014 to $2,249,000...
And to $1,995,000 in February 2014...
Until it finally sold...
For $1,975,000!!!!
Annnnd......
It's back on the market...
For $2,395,000.
This is the backyard...
And it is on a busy street.
Soooo...
Though at a 10% annual increase from the last selling price, this is the right price...
And they do have aLe Creuset tea pot...
I feel like the last selling price was a little high and this will most likely need a price drop before it sells.
I'm thinking more like $2,150,000 to $2,175,000...
But not $2.4.
