Is back on the market.

It is one of the larger condos with 3 bedrooms (more like 2+1) and 3 bathrooms and it is located at 170A Markham Street just north of Dundas in Little Italy.

When it was first listed in May 2014, the asking price was $1,279,000.  

I didn't see condo fees on that listing (turns out there were fees of $188/month) and I thought the place would go closer to $1,365,000.

Apparently, it sold for around $1,200,000.

Two months after the very similar condo at 25B Northcote Avenue sold for $1,230,000...

This condo is back on the market... 

For $1,327,000.

That's less than a 10% annual increase...but if Northcote just sold for $1.23, is this worth $100,000 more?

For the location...
