This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on an 18 x 100 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 271 Monarch Park Avenue in Danforth Village isn't the most exciting house, but it is a good house.

It is fairly wide, it's bright, and it is move right in.

 I think I would probably switch the living room and dining room and add some stools at the kitchen counter.  And I might change that backsplash to something less busy and replace the kitchen floors.

Otherwise, this is a good house with a finished basement with good height.

I just don't know what the backyard looks like.   

The asking price is $535,000.

Are selling for $836,000...

I think this is going to go over asking.

Probably closer to $635,000.
