This house is listed at $8,400,000.

It needs a lot of work (or so it appears as there really are no interior shots)...

But when you consider that the house a few doors over that looked like this in 2009...

When it was listed around $7.5 million and sold for somewhere around $6 million (if memory serves me right) only to have a full renovation to end up looking like this...

Then this doesn't seem like a crazy price.

And it's a LOT cheaper than the ridiculously priced ravine house at 120 Inglewood Drive...

It's not quite as grand, but with a full reno and maybe an addition, this would be an incredible family house.

As the listing says...

The interior is very versatile as it offers many rooms which can accommodate a growing family or a family who has staff. 

So, if you are okay with a reno, the possible noise from the DVP, the price (though it's been listed for at least 6 months so they might take a lower price), and the annual $36,000 property taxes...

Then this is a great option in a private location.
